The experience of using a gold spatula in the process of creating the base for a mural painting at the Munich Academy of Fine Arts, where he studied, was a liberation from painting motifs with a paintbrush. The experience of using a gold spatula to create the base of the painting led to the creation of a square the length of one side of the spatula by applying color from top to bottom and right to left with the gold spatula. This method of production has allowed him to create geometrical paintings and to pursue the issue of the accumulation of time. The composition of “Room of Memory 2004” consisted of a two-dimensional painting based on a puzzle in which 12 parts were taken out of a box and put back in, and 12 wooden three-dimensional parts, which could be said to crystallize the painting by layering the colors, were displayed as if they had fallen out of the box. The artist recognized the shape of the three-dimensional parts, ordered them, and placed them in the original box, thus placing them in a room of memory. The original two-dimensional painting is returned to three-dimensional form. Building and collapsing. He repeats memory and forgetting its opposite. He travels back and forth between space and time.
